Samantha Kay Living in Port Stephens, weâve been exploring local attractions, and this one was an absolute gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. We loved being able to chat with the handlers and learn about all the fascinating creatures.
The highlight for us was hanging out with the rays, sharks, and eelsâmy 9-year-old daughter was thrilled! The creatures were so friendly, and it was such a hands-on, engaging experience.
We went all out and got the mega ticket, which included a meet-and-greet with the birds. It was so much fun having them perch on us and fly around! The pass also included a free meal, and the dining area was incredibleâwith creatures swimming above and tanks all around. Watching the feeding sessions was a real treat, and being able to purchase food to feed the animals ourselves was such a unique touch.
While the food options were limited, I was happy to find something that suited my dietary needs, which is always appreciated. The only downside was that the butterfly exhibit wasnât open, but nature happens, and itâs something to look forward to on our next visit.
We spent about 3 hours here as a family of three and absolutely loved every moment. Highly recommendâ5 stars!
