PMC Congrats on the opening. I had an amazing facial today. Julie is very skilled, and knowledgeable and gives the best spa facial experience to her clients. She also uses high quality skin care products in her service. Highly recommend and will definitely go back again.

Melissa Bezzina The most unprofessional day spa I’ve ever encountered! We called a number of times to advise our inability to attend, if they had of answered the phone or called us back, we would have of been within 24 hrs, however the Asian lady called us back one hour before our appointment! At this time, we were in the medical centre seeing the Doctor, crippled in agony with a severe medical emergency The Asian lady was fiercely abrupt and showed no compassion, concern or empathy, instead she argued this and still charged us full price! After liaising for 4 days with luxury escapes to gain our money back, after providing call logs and a Dr certificate the Asian lady still charged us the cancellation fee! We are NOT happy, given the legitimacy and severity of our circumstances.

Anna M I recently got classic lash extensions with flat lashes, and I couldnt be happier with the results! During my consultation, Yura carefully chose the perfect curl and design to complement my eye shape. She was incredibly gentle throughout the entire treatment, and I actually fell asleep because it was so relaxing. The lashes look so natural, and my eyes are absolutely stunning now. I definitely recommend this place!

Sharn Horrible! $60 for a manicure? Everyone who got acrylics paid $60 aswell … Wth!??? How is that justified!!??? And she didn’t even do a proper manicure. Showed her a pic for inspo and she literally did the total opposite. When I questioned why the French tip line was crooked she said that’s how my nail goes. I’m beyond livid. Inspo pic and what I got attached. …. $60 for this mess!! Get outta here!!!

Yuka Yamamoto Very disappointed. I asked the nail stylist to get the similar design as the sample picture. But she did my nail like the other one. I don’t have any arguments for colour. The issue in here is gold colour area. I understand I have shorter nails than sample design, however, the gold area could be done thinner.

Laura Salim I have never dyed my hair before but found Noriko through my sister a few years ago. She has always been amazing with discussing what I would like done and has recently dyed my hair for my wedding. Although the colour wasnt what I was aiming for (Why did I use a different dye?!) it came out absolutely beautiful and the colour was vibrant in both real life and all the photos. She also has a very cute dog that will often say hello to anyone that comes in and keep you company during your appointment.

Kiran Shah Compact shopping centre, close to library and railway station. At times it can get crowded. 2 hr free parking is good enough for most shopping needs. Parking could be a challange at times because people visiting library and community hallalso use the same parking facilities
