Jessica Rae I saw Heidi for a Carbon Facial, as well as a fat cavitation treatment + radio frequency on my stomach to reduce my jiggly lower and loose skin from 2 pregnancies. Heidi was so lovely and personable, but what I really loved is how she took the time to explain each step of the treatment, what she was doing and why. I was so impressed with the instant results from the Carbon Facial. My skin was so plump, smooth and glowing. I’m looking forward to seeing the results from the two treatments I’m having on my stomach (multiple treatments required). Highly recommend, will be back. I’ve already recommend Heidi’s services to my Mum, and I recommend the best to her!

Lynnette Ellerman I have had the same hairdresser for many years. She is an exceptional cutter and I have had quite a few people over the years stop me and ask where I have my hair cut. Utopia is a purpose built section of a house. There is plenty of parking and the salon also has extesive range of other services for nails and beauty therapies.

I went ahead and so happy with the results. She took a lot of time to make sure they were as even as possible as my eyebrows aren’t naturally even and I’m so grateful she did. Highly recommend.

All ladies here are absolutely outstanding in the quality of care they take with their customers in service and TLC, from remembering that favourite colour is nature nude and white chrome. Would definitely recommend a new full set if first time visiting as there nails are simply elegant.

Tall M Went in asked how much my nails would cost got told $55. Walked up and tapped my card only to be charged $75… asked what the hell and was told no that’s the price and didn’t care what I said. Not great. $75 for a simple infill with shellac. Nope.

Chanel Tsilimos My daughter went to this salon and was utterly shocked and upset about what they had done. Her skin was agitated twice from having to peel off glue and the nails just honestly look terrible. She told me once we left she was about to cry as we have an event and they honestly look terrible. I cant even begin to explain how much I would never recommend going there again. The nails are chipped, have bumps, are too short,the wrong colour and too thick. Not to mention they made her bleed 3 times.

Johanna Wall I have had SNS done here regularly since they opened and Indulge is the only place I have tried in the area where my nails do not break or chip and the colour lasts without fading. I can easily go 4 weeks, and always regret the times I go elsewhere! (sometimes it’s convenient)

Michaela Mic wish I had read the reviews beforehand. This was my second time getting my nails done here, and the experience was worse than the first. The first time, I paid $50, but for the same service, I was charged $60 this time. My nails hurt during the process because the technician was more focused on chatting with her colleague than paying attention to my nails. She hurt me twice! I had to return for an extra coat of color because my nails weren’t done properly the first time. When I did, I felt like I was bothering them. She added another coat, but it still looked patchy. When I pointed this out, her response was, “Next time, pick a different color!” (The color I chose was pink.) Maybe they should invest in better gel products! Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I won’t be returning.

Tania Sissaguian Horrible experience, I won’t return. The lady was snappy, rough and didn’t listen to anything I asked. Her colleague noticed her rudeness and even told me she was “very angry lady”. Paint came off immediately after painting as it was too thick and was never going to dry. Another customer was watching her serve me and heard what I asked and said “I don’t think she’ll listen.

Veronica Moore Randomly charged extra for “long nail infill”. Also not stated on the price list. Previously been here a handful of times before, with the same length nails and did not get charged this extra fee. You’re only infilling the cuticle (as would a short nail infill) .. I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous. Making up charges at the register is ridiculous. Will not be going back here!

Jojo83 Been going here for a year or so for acrylic infills with shellac and always been happy with the service and the girls are friendly. Tried a couple of other local salons before finding this place and these are by far the best. My nails always look lovely and last for a few weeks (considering I do a job where my hands are in water a lot this is amazing as they never lift or break) Sometimes there’s a little bit of a wait even when you make a booking but I honestly don’t mind as you get a great result :-) would recommend this salon

Karen Pearn Walked in for gel nails which I already had on. Asked me to come back in half hour which was fine. Removed current gel nails then started to prepare my nails for new application. I walked in with very long nails ( my own nails which are very healthy and strong, it’s just polish doesn’t stay on natural nails) and a clear shape they could see and I asked for the same shape and to shorten a bit. When I looked at the shape it was all uneven and not what I asked for, every time they tried to fix the shape they got shorter and shorter. In the end I said stop, I’ll just go home and try and fix it myself and put polish on. Even though I left extremely unhappy and with stubs for finger nails I still paid for the removal. Wont ever be back and will probably tell the world how bad my service was.

Elyse M I never minded waiting. I didn’t mind booking and sitting around every now and then, things happen. I get that. But today will be the last time I attend this salon, the lady who did my nails was aggressive and forceful in her mannerisms towards me. It was the worst service to date.

Alexandra Green Not great. I had a simple idea with a photo for reference. They werent helpful trying to colour match for me. I had to find the colour on my own with no real guidance. I also wanted some nail art done. Just 2 fingers in a very simple design. Again, I had a photo with the exact design I wanted as a reference. It was so bad I ended up asking them to just take it off and start again. I only came here because. My usual place was busy but they are much better. Go to celestial spa beauty in illawong instead!

Bridget Simon Grew my natural nails for two months for my wedding day, went in and told them I wanted gel French tips and asked if they could put acrylic on two nails I had broken so they all matched in height. They cut ALL my natural nails off and then started putting acrylic tips on all of them, I cried my eyes out. Not only that but they cut me multiple times. I left absolutely shattered knowing there was nothing I could do the week of my wedding. Update - two fingers became infected and I had to be put on antibiotics. .

Tash Pracy Over priced and the staff looked miserable and would speak to the clients horribly. They don’t care at all about hygiene, as my nail tech used the same well used tools on my nails that she did with other clients. She also made me bleed and painted over it which definitely contaminated the polish. Good luck to anyone else that decided to go there.

Allie Thomas I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years, I have never had such a horrible experience. So so rude, no customer service at all. Very rough and painted horribly, when I asked her to fix my nails as they were horrible she said no and started getting angry and blaming it on me. Paid $45 for a set I have to go get fixed tomorrow. Would NEVER recommend.

Kate Pennisi Shellac nails chipped by the time I got home. 5 coats so I think it was too thick. Waste of money and time really. They were very rude too the lady yelled at me when I went to go check on my son sitting waiting. Update: they used the drill on my nail not the Shellac but my nail and now my nails are so thin it has split down the centre of my thumb 5days after I got them done. Please go somewhere else they shouldnt be allowed to operate.

Lillian Corban I have to agree with the others. Service very poor. Had SNS done and they started chipping straight away. I went back after 3 days and they reluctantly repaired the nails. With 24 hours another 3 had broken. I went back again and they wanted to charge me. I refused to pay and sat there until they fixed them. They accused me of deliberately breaking them and said they only guaranteed their work for 3 days. I have had better results with just regular nail polish. They were very rude and continued to speak to each other about me in their native tongue which was extremely rude and then told me not to come back about this manicure again. Of course I assured them I wouldnt I would not recommend this salon at all.

Amalie B Will not be returning. I went to get a simple manicure with shellac. The staff were extremely unfriendly and took no care with the manicure. When I went to pay they said that their eftpos was not working, which I later found out was a lie and it was working just fine. They wanted to charge me an extra $15 to pay by card. The shellac on four nails peeled off less than 24 hours later. Steer clear!
