Giselle specializes in ladies haircuts and styling, and she is one of the friendliest people I know. Andrew is an excellent barber, artist, and hairdresser – very professional and always up for a friendly and interesting chat. He is truly a master of his craft, consistently providing exceptional haircuts that never fail to receive my wifes seal of approval! I jokingly refer to them as "marriage-saving haircuts." Highly recommended for the fantastic haircuts and outstanding service.

Hayley Jiang Today I asked Anna (I can only assume it was her) what treatments she might be able to do with my hair. Having long and coloured hair she recommended me go down the street to another hairdresser. Even though I wasnt able to get my hair done by Anna today, she had the most beautiful smile and was unapologetically kind to me. She said she can only do old ladies hair, so if there are any old ladies out there on here, then Id highly reccomend Anna at Annas Unique Hair Design. Her quaint and homely salon is a blessing to the surrounding community and I hope she continues this into the future!

Maryann V I looked up Drews hairdresser as I was looking to support my local business. Drew was very professional. Did an amazing regrowth and was very happy with the colour. She washed and blowdried my hair and did the best shampoo head massage and all. Booked my next appointment already.

Make Up Artist Shabaz After meeting Sabrina for the first time today, my daughter took a chance in trusting her to transform her naturally dark brown hair to platinum blonde. Other salons had said it could not be done in one day, and had even tried colouring test strips without success. However, Sabrina achieved exactly what my daughter asked for, all the while taking no shortcuts to ensure her long hair remained very healthy. Easy online booking system, and pricing was reasonable for services provided. Becky and her team were welcoming upon arriving at the salon as a new client, and were very accommodating to my requests and provided a great cut, along with advice re. Suitable length, and aftercare/styling tips. Definitely recommend this salon.

Livia Viscardi I am so upset. I had my hair cut here a few days ago and the hairdresser used thinning shears on my hair without explaining exactly what the result would be, or asking my permission. I noticed a large amount of hair on the floor and was a bit shocked in the moment but it was too late to say anything. During the cut I explained I was concerned about postpartum hair loss as I have a 6 week old baby. I washed out the blow-dry today and I hate it. This has never happened to me before. I have lost half of my hair and I assume it will take years to grow back. I will have to get the bottom few inches cut off now as it is all thin and raggedy on the ends, like a mullet. I asked for a tidy up and trim and I specifically asked she be careful when cutting the ends as I didn’t want my hair to look thin at the bottom and said I like the length. t o Found this place online. Worse decision ever! Was charged $750 for synthetic hair extensions! Ruined my hair and im beyond unhappy and devastated now i have to wait for my hair to heal. I was lied to about the extensions being real “Russian hair” so i went to 2 known hairdressers to tell me it is Synthetic! $750 for synthetic hair im beyond gobsmacked for being ripped off!

D M So first you need to know that my haircut looks great, they do fantastic head massages while washing your hair and the salon is clean and smells devine. So why the low rating? I was charged for a blow dry that I did not ask for, nor told Id be charged for. Wash and cut is $35 but with this unneccessary extra service would be $60. I was given a small discount after raising my concerns. I feel that this could have all been avoided by simply asking me if I wanted a blow dry before it was undertaken. I had loved my experience up until that point and was excited to hair a great hairdresser close by however I wont be going back.

Ella Mackay I have never given a negative review but I had such a bad experience I feel like I should. I am naturally a dirty blonde and was wanting a freshen up with my regrowth and greys. I showed a photo of an ashy golden blonde style I was chasing. Similar to what I had before however it had just grown out after not getting my hair coloured for 6months. After first colour and tone when drying my hair it was orange and brown. They attempted to fix it by stripping off the toner and trying again but it was still brassy and much darker than when I originally went in. I’ve never had a hair dresser stuff my hair up like this and I’ve been colouring it for 20 years. Still charged and paid $220 when clearly extremely distressed about my hair situation. Now I need to give my hair a 2 month break to get my blonde colour back because of the damage done at the salon. The ladies were nice and hair cut was good but I wouldn’t recommend colour for blondes.

Bethany Cayley This place is such a gem! The girl there was lovely and offered me coffee and listened to what I wanted. Got my hair washed with a head massage before cutting and I absolutely loved the end result! She also gave me great effortless styling tips. Better and cheaper than the fancy expensive places in town!

Elizabeth Evans I have been visiting Sino and Mel for almost ten years and there is no one else I trust so implicitly with my hair! They took my blonde and broken hair and nursed it back to life! Sino is able to explain treatments is an understanding way, pricing is very fair, and whenever I go to the salon, it’s like catching up with girlfriends. Very grateful for these two wonderful women.
