Madison Potter Pip has been an absolute dream to work with from day 1. She was professional and responsive, and put me ease with every little detail she had covered. I cannot fault a single moment of working with her. Her work on all the girls was just absolutely INCREDIBLE! We have each had our make up done in the past and nothing compares to the work Pip did on each of us. I didnt think my skin could look so flawless and so natural at the same time. She brought so much confidence to myself and all my bridal party. My ceremony was exactly 12 hours since the first bridesmaid got her make up done and she still looked flawless. Even at the end of the night on the dance floor! I cannot recommend Pip any higher!! If you don’t book Pip for your wedding, you’re missing out!

Sharon C Pip applied makeup for a wedding event and was amazing . From the beginning of our session to the end her communication skills were exceptional. She finds out what your preferences are, is very transparent about what the make up will achieve and makes sure you are happy with the result she creates . She has the most beautiful nature and is an outstanding makeup artist . Was so happy with the look she created for me . Would highly recommend .

Shannon Kelleher Pip did my makeup for my wedding on 8 June 2024. It was me, four bridesmaids, my mum and my aunt which was seven people in total. Pip was absolutely amazing. The makeup was stunning, we all got so many compliments on the day! Pip was also so efficient to get everyones makeup looks done in the morning and with such perfection! I also loved my makeup trial with Pip. I highly recommend Pip to any brides or anyone with upcoming events, she is amazing!

Hannah Ryan I got my lashes done here and I will never go anywhere else again! She was amazing and took the time with me to go through different eye shapes and what type of lashes would best suit me and what I was hoping to get out of the appointment. The salon is a calming/relaxing environment.

Elodie Mainsbridge Highly recommend visiting lash sanctuary for lash extensions. I have come here a few times recently and have been very happy with my experience. The girls working here are so nice and you can tell they are very experienced and skilled in what they do. They are also very professional and helpful in answering any questions you have. My lashes have lasted really well and always look really nice and not too overdramatic ! So if you are worried about lashes that look too fake they will make sure to give you the right look you want. The salon is really nice, relaxing and very clean. I have only got lash extensions from here but am sure they provide top quality for every service. Definitely a highly professional and top quality salon for lashes !

Helen Lee Lash Sanctuary is the BEST place to get your lashes done!! I have short, thin lashes and I booked their Nourishing Lash Lift, having doubts on whether it would work well or not. But the results were INCREDIBLE!! So worth it! The best lash place I’ve been to :)

Katie Beach Charm beauty is such a serene and calming little studio with super welcoming staff and owner, Michael. Poles apart experience than the run of the run of the mill, chain "in and out" nail salon! Thankyou Tram for another great pedicure today:) For weeks Id neen experiencing pain wearing shoes at work as my toes were well over neglected resulting in some ingrowns on my big toes and the rest had curled right around the ends. Tram was so delicate that I didnt even notice her clipping and digging away to get them back in shape. I came from st ives for this studio as Ive had bad experiences at some closer to home. So if youre in the surrounding areas I highly recommend popping down Bobbin Head Rd for this charming little gem!

Rania is highly experienced / qualified in all aspects, passionate, makes you feel comfortable, caring and good at what she does. I have been going to Rania for many years and continue to do so here. It is very hard to find such a great beauty therapist who also does massage. I am a very fussy client who has also been involved in the beauty industry and i know what to look for. Jack listened and reassured me that my concerns were valid. Immediately he found hairstyles best suited to me and they were exactly what I wanted. The colour I once had from my previously salon could no longer seem to do after several years?? In a flash Jack ask the colourist in the salon to ring the educator from the company they use and my colour formula was ready. (All on a Saturday) Josh coloured my hair and at the same time was very attentive and professional. I left the salon in absolute joy and on my way to the car had people ask who does my hair. Well, that speaks volumes. I have already made several follow up appointments Thank you ❤️

Sarah Reimers I can’t recommend Polly and Stone enough. A lovely team of hairdressers who really look after you and do great haircuts and colours. From the moment you step in the door to the end of your service, their customers are at the top of their mind. Robyn, Colleen and all of the staff are so professional and absolutely amazing hairdressers. Colouring and cutting skills are beyond top notch. Going into Snips is like going into a community village. Every experience is a pleasure, because you never have to worry that they will not get it right. Love you guys!

Grace Dobbins Absolutely amazing experience at Gillian Adams Spa! I started with the Aqua Medics Spa, which was incredibly relaxing, followed by their signature Vichy shower treatment – pure bliss. A special mention to Nela for her exceptional customer service and the complimentary shampoo and blow dry that made me feel like a million dollars. And a huge thank you to Paul for making me look like a Hollywood star – you’re the best! Can’t wait to come back, and highly recommended to anyone wanting a first class experience!

Frank mcmanus I had high hopes for Gillian Spa after receiving a $155 gift voucher and decided to treat myself to a 50-minute massage. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I ended up paying an additional $30 out of pocket — for what, Im still not sure, since the massage itself was well below average. It lacked the skill and attention you’d expect from a spa in this price range. To top it off, there were no thoughtful touches youd usually get at a spa — not even a glass of water offered afterward. For a place that charges premium rates, the service was anything but. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.
