Katys flexibility to fill me in, great customer service, depth of knowledge abt application n product and level of artistry is insane. She did an intense purple cut crease and full glam contour, highlight etc. but she blended it in so well that it didnt feel cakey at all (for people who dont like a cake face) I was so surprised and so content with the results. I highly recommend, especially if you have formal coming up or any events. This is not sponsored I swear, just a happy customer :)

At my first appointment, what really stood out was the time Victoria afforded me for a thorough consultation, where I felt genuinely listened to. When I went to Victoria, my hair was a mess - it required a major colour correction, there is still some remaining warmth from the dreadful work done to my hair at another local salon. What Victoria achieves in one visit, only hairdressers who specialise in colouring, are able to achieve. This salon doesnt rely on marketing spin or superficial nonsense to garner clients. Victorias skills are at a level only usually seen at some of the eastern suburbs most high profile salons. Victorias focus on quality is demonstrated by using only premium Italian colouring products (I have been to salons where the clientele pay more if they want this product to be used for their colour), along with cleansing, conditioning & treatments. Syltoria has managed to create an atmosphere that is welcoming, relaxed & friendly, supported by a team committed to exceeding the clients expectations.

Paige Tomkins I had neglected my hair for approx 6 months and decided to refresh for spring. Julia & Vicky looked after me so well! They fit me in on short notice, were thorough in the consult & gave me realistic expectations, quoted me upfront prior to commencing work on my hair, ensured I was comfortable the whole way through and were very careful with my hair. I had existing damage and although I had a full head of foils my hair was not compromised. The customer service was great & reasonably priced. I’m very happy with the end result.

The therapists were exceptional at applying just the right amount of pressure—comfortable and soothing without ever feeling too intense or painful. The results were beyond what weve gotten from most massages. It was so relaxing, we almost drifted off to sleep! We’re still on cloud nine after the experience. The team at Endota Spa Cronulla is always caring, professional, and incredibly customer-focused, which made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Maria Turner I booked a customisable massage, which in the online description says the pressure is ‘Light to Firm’. Given the clue was in the name, I assumed I would be able to customise my massage and request a firm pressure. I was not asked in advance what pressure I would like. I was not asked at any point during my treatment if the pressure was okay. I was given a light massage despite advising I was there for tension and knots in my neck and shoulders. At some points it was a medium pressure but it was extremely disappointing. My arms were above my head and a good therapist would have relocated my arms during the massage to target different muscle groups. Instead I lost the feeling in my arms and despite making it obvious I was trying to get comfortable, my therapist didn’t check in. A 45 minute massage is $125 which is a high-end price to pay. I didn’t receive a high-end service. The receptionist also didn’t ask me how my massage was afterwards. If I’d been given the opportunity, I’d have provided the feedback directly. At no point during the whole service did anyone feel the need to see if I was okay, happy or comfortable. There are plenty of better & cheaper places in Cronulla to visit for a massage.
