Professional, beautiful service with nails that are absolute art. Premium BIAB products that last and my nails have never looked or felt healthier. Fantastic gel pedicures as well using this amazing Japanese technique. I cannot recommend enough! You must make an appointment but it’s well worth it as they always run to time so you’re never stressed (or late).

Ellie Ayaka is the best nail artist I’ve ever had in Sydney. I’ve been to other local nail salons where they didn’t pay attention to details and my nails ended up coming off too soon, and my natural nails were getting thinner. Since I started to go to Ayaluna Nails, I’ve been so impressed with her technique. My nails won’t come off for a long time and my natural nails are so healthy and thicker now. And she’s such a nice friendly person, I always love having a chat with her! If you’re looking for a high quality nail salon in northshore, this is the place!

Emma McLeod LOVE LOVE LOVE Ayaluna Nails! Super highly recommend. I am really particular about my nails and was lucky to have found Aya after Covid “release” when my nails were looking somewhat neglected. For over the last three years, I have been a regular of this lovely salon. I will not go anywhere else. My nails are in the best condition they’ve ever been, rarely break, the colour lasts and never chips, and Aya uses BIAB gel which is nourishing for my nails. Aya’s nail art is outstanding too - well worth a try - always classy yet fun. Overall, Ayaluna Nails provides a truly fabulous experience which I highly recommend!

Anita Musca I absolutely love LA BIOSTHETIQUE hair products. I have Great Lengths hair extensions and was advised to use the Shampoo and treatments from LA BIOSTHETIQUE, its natural Botanique Intense Mask is a great 10 minute deep treatment, which works well for your extensions, keeping them fresh and hydrated. I also bought the heat protector which is great and a leave in conditioner - Chevaux Longs. My hair has literally transformed from the old dry, brittle hair i had, into the soft and smooth wonder that it is now. I love these products and am now converted. Cant go back!

Sofia’s so caring and can genuinely tell she cares about her clients and has so much experience to speak from. Also came in for body contouring to tighten up my skin and help lose weight for the summer and helped heaps, to the point where I’m doing it for the third time now. And even though I was nervous at first Amirova calmed me down and was much more confident after getting it done with her. Also saw Marion for brow lamination and waxing and she did really well I was so happy with the results - best eyebrows in Neutral Bay!

April Hayes While Gia was extremely nice, unfortunately half of my hair didnt survive my experience at this salon. My already bleached hair was bleached for the same amount of time as my virgin hair and it all fell out on one side. When I got home and felt my hair it literally melted in my hands. Ive been just hiding my hair on one side for the last few weeks and waiting for it to grow back. I was told by my friend that does hair that pre bleached hair should under no circumstances be bleached for the same amount of time as virgin hair. I was very disappointed by my experience.

Kristina Farkas I am so happy my mum discovered Dr Sam Seit. She had read the amazing reviews and saw him herself, had a positive experience, then I booked in straight away! After some negative experiences with other skin cancer clinics, its great to finally find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about and was able to gave me an answer - I saw 4 other people about this spot/issue prior and no one could accurately diagnose! Dr Seit was able to use amazing in-house technology to help with the process, but his knowledge alone is second to none - he knew straight away what it was, and the biopsy confirmed it. Highly recommend!

Karen M I saw Dr Samuel Seit about two weeks ago for removal of a number of benign moles on my face and decolletage. I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better appointment. Dr Seit was very friendly and personable, and made me feel very at ease despite my nerves. He examined all the moles, confirmed they were benign, and explained how he proposed to remove them. When it came time to have them removed, a quick local anaesthetic and then removal itself. The mole removals were painless and surprisingly quick. Dr Seit left me with clear instructions for care over the next couple of weeks, and two weeks down, the healing is looking very good. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lincoln Huang Dr Seit is an excellent practitioner. He is very knowledgeable, professional and passionate about his job. He uses latest technology such as AI to perform skin cancer assessment. I always have good experience with Dr Seit. Highly recommended to anyone.

Kristin UPDATE: Noone declined to treat the infection. Dr Sam was the only and first person I saw about this issue. This is not true! I used to come here regularly for skin cancer checks and always found the service very professional. However, I needed to have an infected follicle removed and was left with a very noticeable scar. It appears the skin wasn’t stitched properly—the area remains quite open, and I’ve since needed multiple treatments (e.g., CO₂ laser) to improve the appearance of the scar. I’ve now decided to see another dermatologist for a revision, as there is excess skin where it wasnt closed correctly. Im disappointed, especially considering the procedure cost me around AUD 800 at the time, if I recall correctly. For these reasons, I do not recommend this clinic for any small surgery procedures, there skin cancer checks are comprehensive though.

The results have been amazing and the condition disappeared within months. Since then I have had various other treatments which have been equally effective. Katie Bird Three months ago, I pre-paid for a 3x facial treatment plan due to the good value offered and good reviews. Today was my final pre-paid for facial and any chance (which was relatively high) of me returning and/or re-signing on to a further set of facials was completely obliterated because of the pushy sales tactics I experienced throughout my facial. I was attempted to be sold on signing up to another package before, during (!!!) and after my facial - completing ruining the relaxing facial I had pre-paid for today, or any sense of respect that I felt as a client. It left me feeling anxious throughout the facial and grateful to have a reason to rush out at the end of the appointment. I felt nothing more than an ATM and I’m shocked given the luxury experience this was meant to be, and the likely effect businesses like this are experiencing in a cost of living crisis. This business has lost a customer due to how they interacted with me today, and then invited me to share how I felt by sending an SMS and email with a link to leave a review - well, I’m doing as you requested. No, I don’t recommend this business to friends or strangers.

Natasha C I absolutely loved my HydraFacial at Urban Spa – it was such a calming and relaxing experience, and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The only downside was the sales pitch that followed. I completely understand offering products and packages, but I did feel a bit pressured having to say no 5 times. It took away slightly from the overall experience, especially after such a peaceful treatment. I also later noticed I’d been overcharged, though the team were helpful when I called and have since applied a credit to my account. Hoping for a more seamless experience next time, as the facial itself was so nice!

C S I have been seeing Julie for a few years now for my botox needs. She is a wonderful and knowledgeable RN with many years experience. She understands anatomy and nerve placement which is so important when putting needles into someone’s face. My results always last much longer than predicted and I am grateful to have been recommended her by a friend. Her practice is clean, hygienic and has an overall beautiful ambience. Emma Steyn Literally the worst nail experience of my life. No one acknowledged me when I walked in and asked what I wanted. I was told to sit somewhere where there was a chair open and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to assist me even though I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior. I asked for very small extensions and my thumbs’ length ended up being way longer than the rest of my nails. The nail art was absolutely shocking and there was a build up of glue left underneath my nails. Lo and behold my overall payment came out to a shocking $95. I will never go back there again.
