Went there to have a beard/moustache trim and got much more than I vouched for. A GREAT START: By the time I arrived there (lunch time, Wed 23th Oct), they were all busy. But they have this amazing big screen tv at the back, and while I waited, Ive enjoyed an EPL game that was going on at that time, which I love! That was a good start! NICELY EXECUTED JOB AND GREAT BANTER: When my time came, Moe (the pro that served me) asked me what I wanted and told me what could be done. Once we agreed on the details he conducted the job nicely, all while having a very entertaining chat about our lives, our kids and other light subjects. I was thirsty and it was a hot day, so I was offered a cold bottle of water, which I promptly accepted. NOW FOR THE BEST PART: I have long hair and Moe noticed that I try to care for it (he said if could tell it by feeling how smooth it was, sth like that), so he offered me lots of advices and showed me things I was doing wrong, for example, tying my hair when going to bed at night and brushing it too hard. Notice I wasnt there for my hair, and thats the beauty of him taking an interest on that. He then went on to show me some products that could help, but I said I had a hair consultant looking for products for me. Instead of being disappointed or frustrated, he actually told me what to say to my consultant (she is interstate) so she knows what I needed, which in this instance was moisturizers and products for damaged hair. And he went beyond: I asked him if he could take some pictures of my hair so I could send it to the consultant and he was really kind and helpful on that too. As a result I left the shop as a very happy customer, who felt my opinion mattered and had all my questions answered. I know how to recognize great customer service, and will be going back to this place many times!

Sam Bell Used Cars I got my hair cut here a few weeks ago as my regular barber was unavailable. There were 2 men cutting hair who seemed friendly and having a nice chat with their clients, a third barber came in (didn’t catch his name) and pulled a chair out to me, I tried making small talk but he was very un approachable and was more focused on watching the women’s soccer than he was on my hair. Part of my eyebrow was taken off during the process (only just started growing back) I had asked for a number 2 all around and keep the length on the top but instead ended up with a short shaved mess that I was not happy with at all, as a local to the area of over 20 years it is very disappointing. Will not be returning to the shop under any circumstances.

bat man Yen is a very professional barber. Even when its during peak hour she never rushes your haircut to get to others and make sure everyone get the same treatment. She’s also great with kids as I can see this with my own kid. She’s very patient when it comes to kids and can deal with their breakdown. I have never seen any barber like her before

The best part is, they dont sacrifice quality cuts for anything. I have been to places that finish the whole cut in 10 minutes, and obviously it looks terrible after a week. Here, you are guaranteed to be taken care of with patience, until you are happy with the result.
