They are able to handle my sore neck and back muscles and are able to treat me with utmost care. The entire package (2hr massage) is very worth the price. Thank you so much for the best services. Thin Swan Had a great experience at Panacea in Chatswood! The staff (Ana & Jennifer) were very welcoming & knows what they’re delivering. I came for their facial treatment so i got started on a facial consult, followed with a full treatment in the treatment room. Prices start from $168 depending on the treatment you’re planning to get (they are on average to higher end facials in Sydney). ☺️

Rhiannon Gee My mum and I went to get our nails done and they were amazing, I got acrylic with a design and mum got regular polish mani pedi. The service was amazing and the people were so kind. The pricing was also incredible, you get a lot more for your money here than in Westfield. 10/10 would highly recommend

Nicola Bodill Humbly tucked away in the Chatswood food court, this shop is a hidden treasure. Every time I wander past the beef rendang they sell here charms me with its siren song, and the malay curry chicken adds it voice to the chorus. Both dishes are rich, meaty, and plate-lickingly good, despite their simple appearance. The beef in particular just melts in your mouth. At under $8 for a large serving, they are too good to refuse.

Natascha Huppertz I got a hot stone massage and a facial done and it was perfect. They were luckily very spontaneous available with the appointment. Maddie really knew what she was doing and showed me what is good for my skin. Her massage was the best I ever got. I will definitely come back

Vanellope I’ve been here several times and always had a great experience — until my most recent visit around 5:30 PM on a Saturday. I asked if they were still open and whether it was worth doing my eyebrows, since there wasn’t much to clean up. I decided to go ahead, even though my usual technician wasn’t there. I’ve had threading done in many places, including overseas, and it’s usually painless. But this time was unusually painful — my eyes teared up, the discomfort lingered, and I noticed small nicks when I got home, including one near the bridge of my nose that still hurt the next day. To be fair, the shape was great, and I was happy with how my eyebrows looked. However, the technique felt rough, and at one point, I was concerned she might catch my eyelashes because I could feel the threads on my eye. It didn’t feel rushed, but I do wonder if being close to closing time affected the level of care. I’ll definitely return, but I’ll stick to my usual technician and avoid weekends or visits close to closing time.

Joyce K I made a booking today 2pm for infill with shellac and arrived 5 mins earlier and the nail technician advised me will be 10 mins I said no worries. Another customer then comes in saying she has a booking same time and has already prepaid. So the nail technician then advises me to come back 2 hours later than my scheduled booking at 4pm as she doubled booked and has another booking after. I was so shocked and as you can imagine this was a very disappointing experience. As she said she was the only one working on a Sunday too which just didn’t make sense. Either way this place only seems to be good if you’ve made a prepaid coupon for your service. So don’t expect your booking to mean anything to them and please spend your money elsewhere. I would not recommend this to anyone. Very horrible experience.

Ann Woodward This place was good as they did have facilities for bigger people as well as smaller people. It was a bit hard to locate and I did love the fact that they had a dead skin body scrub but there was a lot of naked people so do people prepared for that fact. But I would have to say that the shower facilities and the hot bath was also pretty good to wish they had something similar up Newcastle Way
