Vanellope I’ve been here several times and always had a great experience — until my most recent visit around 5:30 PM on a Saturday. I asked if they were still open and whether it was worth doing my eyebrows, since there wasn’t much to clean up. I decided to go ahead, even though my usual technician wasn’t there. I’ve had threading done in many places, including overseas, and it’s usually painless. But this time was unusually painful — my eyes teared up, the discomfort lingered, and I noticed small nicks when I got home, including one near the bridge of my nose that still hurt the next day.
To be fair, the shape was great, and I was happy with how my eyebrows looked. However, the technique felt rough, and at one point, I was concerned she might catch my eyelashes because I could feel the threads on my eye. It didn’t feel rushed, but I do wonder if being close to closing time affected the level of care.
I’ll definitely return, but I’ll stick to my usual technician and avoid weekends or visits close to closing time.
