maggie I hadnt had a facial in a long time but my past experience of them is always very enjoyable and relaxing. Im also a trained aromatherapist and qualified in massage so I do know a bit about massage of the face and treating the skin gently. Im sorry to say this is the worst experience of a facial I have ever had. I was there a few weeks ago and still have very noticeable red marks where the girl attempted to remove some white heads without first opening up the pores with the steamer. Then after a very painful removal she put a boiling hot cloth on my skin (you never do this as it can cause burst blood vessels) and now I have three very noticeable red marks that are not going away and that I have to cover over with make up. Also her massage was not enjoyable at all. I was wondering if she was properly trained as you never press so hard into a persons throat when doing a facial massage or on the sides of a persons nose so they cannot breathe out of the nostrils each time. I had paid extra for a lip wax and she even missed a section on the side of my mouth. I was praying for the whole experience to be over to be honest. Will never go there again.

The groomers are patient and gentle and never cut him, even though he has quite a few lumps, bumps and warts. On every occasion, he is given the style cut that exactly meets our request. Our dog is happy to see the staff on each and every visit and has never been distressed by a grooming session at Pet Design. I highly recommend Pet Design
