Jess After a failed nanoplasty at another salon, I was reluctant to try again but I desperately wanted straighter, frizz free and manageable hair. I’d found Rana on TikTok and reached out via insta to ask a few questions about the treatment and explained what happened. Even before I had an appointment she was so lovely and happy to help answer. I then booked a nanoplasty with her and even a week later, I am still in shock at the results! My hair airdries fully straight, not a bit of styling needed. Not to mention her team was so friendly. Will definitely be coming back and i recommend her salon for anyone looking to get a nano done.

Cindy Xue Nice place and excellent service for an affordable price. I went in for a cut and perm and they were very meticulous with the entirely of the treatment. I have very thick, straight hair and got layers- the results turned out great and I loved the look afterwards. During the process, I requested for some of the curls to be redone and Nicole did not hesitate to fix it, which was great. Ended up loving the hair! Would recommend booking in advance though, as I saw it get busy during the day. I booked in advance and had no issues with wait times.

Matrix Go Will give a minus in a heartbeat if I could. Worst experience ever. Commitments mean nothing to this place. I Made an appointment 3pm and went on time. I Was advised that she’s running a bit late but” rest assured that everything will be done within 1hour”, never mind then kept waiting for another one hour. Surprised to see that they took someone else and tried to make excuses why they allowed them to jump the Q. Just because we want a simple haircut doesn’t mean that you are supposed to take walk-ins simply because they are more expensive and time consuming. Absolutely Ridiculous! Will never revisit again! Such a shame to have such a business in our local area

Sharyn Jackson Waited to get an appointment was ignored for 15 minutes. Made an appointment for later that day with the owners husband. Went back 3 minutes before appointment time and was ignored for 45 minutes while the female owner talked to her friend. Eventually got up 35 minutes after my appointment time and left. 1 day later the husband rang me to apologise. Too late went elsewhere and was treated with respect. Would not recommend at all. Terrible service. Cannot comment on anything else as I might swear and that is not what this is about. Very unprofessional

Kev S First time coming to Narwee Barber Shop and pleasantly surprised at how well the hair cut turned out especially since my hair is difficult to manage. Highly recommend Sam and his services to any one especially those with stubborn Asian hair. Will come back when I’m Sydney.

Davy Ramsay Mohammed and Rabih are complete gentlemen. Went in for a hair/beard trim and can honestly say I havent had as sharp a cut for long time! Really appreciate the care taken around sensitive skin areas and the really friendly atmosphere in the shop.

Charlie Best local barber I’ve been too! I’ve lived in this area for 20 years and get my haircut on average every 10 days. I came to Narwee Barber shop 3 years ago and have come here once a week since. My brothers and cousins all come here now too. Rabih is a legend
