Sean Nairn Short, but medium to hard grade walk from the Kalkari visitor centre to the main area of Bobbin Head. Allow at least 90 minutes for the return walk - despite being only 4km in length it is heavy going in some parts and your fitness level will have an impact on how long it takes. Alternatively you can get someone with a car to meet you at the other end. The Bobbin Head end of the track has toilets, water and food available. You can also access Apple Tree Bay from this track.

Ashan Ratnasinghe I will share only the details you want to know. This is a Grade 3 track with some of stairs and steep ground. But it’s awesome—so green and fresh! It is a 4 km loop. You can park your car at Bobbing head carpark or Apple tree bay carpark. You can start this trekking from either point. Enjoy !!

Bolek Szymczyna Not very easy but great track.

Vanessa Schmierer The trail is well marked in most places until you get to the track to then merge back onto the trail. As it was getting late in the day, was following the track back to the main road only to come across a fenced gate. At the education centre are some bathrooms. Recommend good walking shoes and your own water.

Raghunath Mohan Kumar A great place for a picnic. There are a lot of spots to sit and place for everyone to play near the lake. There is pedal boat and kayaks available for rent. It is an excellent place. There is an entry fee to the national park. But that process is very much justified. It is well maintained and very neat. Adding photos. ❤️

Samrat Gautam - Very relaxing place, ideal for quality family time. - Offers both short and long hiking trails (4-5 hours) for different levels of adventure. - Consider bringing your own food if you prefer; there are designated BBQ areas. - Limited cafe options available nearby for those who prefer to eat out. - Boating is available, adding to the variety of activities. - Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the park. A great spot for a peaceful day in nature!

Huzaifa Akbarali Fakhruddin Amazing experience with a nice bush walk on the top great guide to show us around. There are all types of animals. Have to just be patient and keep and eye out. Say kangaroos. Drove down and had a coffee at the river side while u can fish and kids can play in the play area. Great fun for the family and elderly alike. There is a barbecue and picnic area aswell. You can choose to trek as much as u like 500m to 5km Its open Bush land and one of the largest national reserves closest to the city just 30km. Great experience would definitely go again.

Flint Rockwood This a good place for a quick stop on the way to the marina or the rest of the park. Its a relatively small fenced off reserve with many local birds, some kangaroos and a good walking path. The lookout is worth seeing! There are many taxidermied animals in the discovery center.

Rohit Revo Must visit, if you are visiting Kuringai Chase National Park. Lot of information about National Parks and from here there are walking trails with breathtaking views. You will start to admire how beautiful Sydney is and the preservation efforts of volunteers. Be mindful you cant consume food here as there is a problem with wild rats. So please be respectful

Wilson Costa Campos Great little park where you can play football with children. Dog also likes to walk around there. It has toilets there but not always open.

Pamela Williams Great space for walking and taking the dog for a bit of a run around (on leash). It’s a sports oval but THE TOILETS ARE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Neal Nice little urban park on the edge of Sydney. If I have been on the road, heading into the city, and need a quiet place to overnight, sleeping in my swag, Berry Park is where I head.
5 /5
Leonard Patchett Astroturf cricket pitch. No kids playground. Toilets only open while games on. Cavernous holes in the goal mouths. Contractors for RMS dump broken down vehicles in the carpark.
3 /5
David Burger The experience looks to get even better with improved facilities and a potential playgroup in the pipeline. Shame about the mess that dog owners abandon.
