Lin Sien Koong Serene and leafy track, with a creek and stepping-stone crossings. It is pretty amazing to find this tucked within civilization! Definitely a refreshing walk to recharge and rejuvenate. Park around Tunks Park boat ramp.

Wayne Kosh The Flat Rock bush area is absolutely lovely and very peaceful. We have done so much to reestablish the native bush there, which has included a great increase in native birds, reptiles and mammals. This is now all threatened by the Berejiklians Governments threats to decimate the whole area for the atrocities northern beaches tunnel project.

Richard Wakeling My mates from my old team were playing there. Google maps have a fail getting you there though. Google will tell you you have arrived but you are outside with no access on a major road. Good diamond with a relic dugout.
4 /5
Ryan Kucharski Best baseball diamond in Sydney! Home and visitor proper dugouts, fence all around, large backstop, heaps of parking. Doesn’t drain the fastest, so hopefully not much rain before the games.
5 /5
Stefan Petersen Good baseball diamond, North Sydney take good care of it, however built on reclaimed land, you would think drainage would be better than it is. After light to moderate rain it retains water more than expected. Plus, the flies.

David Wall This baseball diamond is nice, well lit and functional. The grass was well maintained. It has a nice high barrier at the sideline. The guests could have more room.

Imges Henry Lawson Cave

(21) Reviews Henry Lawson Cave:

Will Lee Gave 5 stars as it is the only shelter after the bottom of bridges towards tunks Park There is a table but it is in the rain so I will have to sleep on the rocks, there is only one rock not too steep What was Henry Lawson doing here? It is hardly a place for inspiration, personally I would rather walk to lane Cove national Park.

B C Fascinating part of Australian history, at first i didnt believe it until I read up on it . After visiting the tavern he would sleep it off in a little cave in Flat Rock Gully, listening to the cascade of the Naremburn Falls.
4 /5
Nonno 33 Natural rock shelter used by poet Henry Lawson to contemplate nature and sleep-off after pub excursions. Its in Flat Rock Park, which has an uplifting story regarding reclamation. The park was a landfill and now has been returned to its natural beauty. The periodic Bush Poetry events are delightful.

nswtrip Apinya If you love about history place. I do recommend Henry Lawson Cave, history landmark in naremburn. It is small cave in Flat Rock Gully. Check it out this place treasures of Sydney, Henry Lawson Cave located between the suburbs of Willoughby and St Leonards in Sydney North. Fantastic place where Henry Lawson used to trek to and sleep of a night. Great for outdoor activities.
5 /5
david mitchell A great overhang to offer protection from a sudden rainstorm (as occurred when I first passed this cave years ago). There are poetry readings at this cave from time-to-time. Easy access from cycle/walking path. Car parking nearby. No cafe, no bathrooms, no library of Henry Lawson poetry [thatd be a treat - a street library exclusively dedicated to Henry Lawson works!]

Alex Ho Nice dog friendly local park with two big fields, two basketball courts and a playground! There are complimentary poo bags and also has a regular dog community which usually convene around 4-5pm on weekdays. Unfortunately, there is no available schedule that I can check for sports times and there isnt really any dedicated space for dogs during sports games.
5 /5
Jordan Russell Lovely place to walk my dog. Lots of space to run around and plenty of dogs to play with.
5 /5
Will Truszewski Naremburn Park is a lovely park with shade and open sky, the basketball courts are looked after and the cricket pitch is nice a neat. The path is also accessible except for some stairs leading down to another path.

B F Was visiting the area & stumbled across the park. It is a great park for a run or walk, especially on a warm spring/summer day. It has play equipment for the kids, calisthenic equipment for a strength workout, fields for sports/games & is all round very family friendly.

(7) Reviews Talus Street Reserve:

congus bongus Short walk between Naremburn park and st Leonard’s station. The station end is quite tucked away, being behind several car parks and a back street. Easy to run into wildlife like brushturkeys or kookaburras.
5 /5
Jeff Lum Very well kept facilities, synthetic turf courts best Ive seen maintained. Plenty of Off Street parking is available. Tranquil surroundings within this environment. Good amenities.
5 /5
derek williamson If it were a bit bigger it would be better. But it is a pretty parch of forest in the heart of busy St Leonards. The trickles of the small creek can be heard as well as bird sounds. It does look pretty wet so I would be careful stepping iff the path just now. If you are in the area and have time to kill, go, take a stroll. Don’t go too far out of your way though.

Paul Hutchinson I was visiting a friend who lives in a nearby unit. Looks to be a tidy well kept park.
