C B I honestly can’t thank Letitia and John enough for being such an important part of our wedding day. They travelled all the way to Palm Beach to do my hair, my bridesmaids hair, and my mum’s — and even managed to fit my Nana in last minute without a fuss. Letitia and John brought such a calm yet happy energy to the house while we were getting ready, and nothing was ever an issue. They made the whole morning feel relaxed, special, and full of joy. I’ve been visiting Letitia’s salon for nearly six years now, and she’s become such a cherished friend, I knew we were in safe hands! Chrissy Howell I was visiting Sydney, and arranged an appointment to have a refresh as it’s been a while. I’m living on a Pacific Island, and the options are limited! I was booked in with Julie, and straight away she greeted me with the warmest welcome. She listened to what I needed, and she expertly consulted on what would be best for my hair, colour and the longevity I needed. I was given a quote before going ahead, which I loved so I knew what costs were involved, there were no hidden charges. I had a treatment, foils, colour, cut and dry. The state of my hair meant it took quite sometime, and everyone was checking on me, Letitia joined in to help too. The feel of the salon was so professional, but you can see they value every staff member. Those girls did not stop working, even when I was the last one left, you can see how much they enjoy being at work. The outcome was better than I had imagined, Julie really delivered on her vision. I cannot recommend this salon enough, and I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Sydney!!!

Andrew Lawson Really lovely place even only to sit and wait for your haircut- the room is light and you can see out of some fine windows. It’s a busy area and there is lots to see out there. The barbers are friendly and seem to really know all their customers- hugs and handshakes aplenty and first names are used easily. I guess the most important thing is that they give good haircuts and trim beards well. I’ve found that this is absolutely the case. I usually only go when I really badly need a haircut and the beard neatened. They do a great job and aren’t bothered by the scale of the job. They also give good haircuts for boys of all ages and to men from teens to 100 years plus I recommend them whole-heartedly they are great blokes and it’s a pleasure to walk out of their barbershop perfectly groomed

Kim Hill Zoe fitted me in at the last minute and I was running late but nothing was too much trouble, Zoe was really accommodating and a genuinely lovely person, I am on holiday here and I left the salon not only feeling very glam but like I had known her a lifetime. Rob R Zoe was fabulous. She listened to what I wanted, offered some advice & I ended up with a haircut that I am thrilled with. I have short wavy hair & she even checked how I wanted it to be blow dried. A very different experience to other hairdressers who make assumptions or do what they want, rather than what the client wants. Highly recommended. I have had my hair coloured by Zoe twice now. Amazingly good results.

Jodi Fernandez I had my colour refreshed to a beautiful vibrant orange. Having dark hair and beieg a variation of honey blonde for the last few years they were able to achieve this look with ease. Dealing with Roschan and Olly was a great experience. They made sure to look after my hair and repair any damage caused by ongoing foils. I left with great advise for at home care as well. Would highly recommend!

shaila khan I had a very bad experience. I did wash and blow dry. Wash wasn’t good, didn’t clean the hair and even not spend time on it. Blow dry also did it in rush and my blow dry didn’t stay not more than 3/4 hours. Worst service. I am not recommending this shop.

Liz C Lux, thank you a million times for the best balayage I’ve ever received. I’ve had balayage from some of the best salons in NYC, and nowhere compares to this balayage experience. Also, the girls that shampooed my hair are amazing. They basically gave me a free 40$ scalp massage!

Lilly Holdsworth I got Balayage done on my hair at Hair Establishment and have never been so happy with the results! I have gotten my hair dyed once before but this salon definitely outweighs anything Ive ever had done. The treatment was great value overall as well as outstanding service provided by each team member! The process was very quick lasting only around 3 hours despite my hair being super long and thick. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone considering dying their hair or even needing a blow dry, style or cut! Best salon ever and will definitely be going back! :)

Elana Medlicott I was very unimpressed with my experience at Hair Establishment. This was my first time at their salon, and I booked for a full head of blonde highlights and a trim. They had clearly over booked themselves and were hot-seating clients (some waiting outside with dye in their hair). My dye was left on for too long and no one came to check the dye after 40+ minutes. They then put a toner in and said theyd rinse it in 5 mins - over 25 mins passed before I was told to return to the sink. My hair then came out streaky and grey. I expressed my concern and was told it was fine. There was also a splodge of blonde on top of my hair where the dye had been put on incorrectly. I went home and looked at my hair before returning to the salon to try and get them to fix it. They had to put another toner in and then my hair went an orangey colour and when I said it was orange they told me if wasnt. The second toner and wash also left my hair dry. Thanks to Lux for improving me hair after I went back a few days later, it was a lot better after that and she provided great service and was very understanding.

Ritu Yadav With utmost feeling of disappointment, I am compelled to share my worst experience with Hair Establishment. I feel extremely unhappy that I had my worst experience ever. The trust that I had built up based on my first experience I had opted for second service of hair smoothening and straightening with them. Lux advised me of smoothening stating that after the treatment my hair will become naturally straight with no bounce and fizz. I trusted their experience and knowledge and opted for the same, but it didnt give me any such result, not even close to it. I expressed my disappointment to them to which they apologised stating it was a miscommunication and offered me hair straightening service with no extra charge to which I again trusted them and went for straightening. I was informed of Japanese straightening. However, once again I was extremely disappointed because my hair was still fizzy, bouncy, wavy and rough. I expressed my disappointment to which I was told that they dont use harsh chemicals and had not done Japanese straightening. However, I was not informed about this during the treatment. No proper communication was provided and tried to cover up with excuses. I was told that the owner Michael shall call me regarding the same however I didnt get a call back till now. I felt disheartened because I had to leave my toddler for this process for a long time twice and still with no results and wasted $450. I wont ever recommend it to anyone.
