Webb Heidi (Heidi Ho) Lada was amazing. I got my eye brows and eye lids tattooed and am super happy. She was kind and gentle and I felt very safe with her. She even threaded my lip and tidied/shaped my eyebrows for no extra cost. Highly recommend

Lara Jelenkerian Glam Us Up are beyond amazing! Recently had my daughters birthday there and Tina and the team took care of absolutely everything. The girls were entertained and kept busy with fun activities from start to finish in the most gorgeous space. The cherry on top were all the amazing photos captured by Tina during the event. My daughter said it was the best party she has ever had and her sister cant wait to have her party there too next year. Highly recommend!

Harriette Gulliford I have been tanned by Heidi twice now and she really is the best! I am naturally whiter than paper and I wanted a natural looking tan as a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding and I was not disappointed! Pale girls - this is the place for you! Tan was even and looked natural. The tan does have a relatively strong floral-like scent, which is not necessarily a bad thing but if you’re sensitive to scents just be ready for that - the scent goes away after you wash it off leaving you with a perfect tan. I will definitely be back, wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thanks Heidi!

Nina Juliadotter Andrew is a very experienced and incredibly lovely hairdresser. He always gives me the best haircut and the flexibility of the two locations in Sydney CBD as well as Frenchs Forest is great. He gets the blond hair colour just right every time and I always come out looking amazing. I cant recommend Andrew enough.

Margot Hall For many years I have been a client of Cheveux and have always been extremely impressed with the result. Whenever I have wanted a new style cut or colour they have always listened to my ideas and done exactly as I have wanted. My stylist is usually Peter, who has very many years of experience and knowledge. Also Sam and Andrew have done a brilliant job. I did not really think about just how excellent they are, until I started my caravan touring of Australia for two years and have had to depend on assorted local hairdressers in whichever town or city I happened upon. I have now experienced dozens of salons, some good and some terrible. So I can say with the benefit of much experience that Cheveux has a truly professional and highly expert staff and I am very confident to highly recommend them.

Jessica Fernandopulle Very rushed and poor manicure experience. Firstly, I was given nail soak with the previous customers nails and cuticle skin floating in the water. I had to ask to get it changed. The manicure massage lasted about 20 seconds and her gloves were soaking wet, then she used the towel she was using to clean the tools throughout the manicure to wipe down my hands at the end. Not pleasant at all.

Cheyanne Harrison Appalling. I went to get my acrylic nails removed and fresh shellac applied, and I couldn’t believe what happened. The nail tech started ripping my acrylics off using another acrylic nail—literally prying and tearing them off. It was so painful I was squirming in my seat, and even the girl next to me looked over in disgust. She told the tech to stop, warning that it would ruin my nails, but the tech didn’t seem to care. If I wanted to rip my own nails off, I could’ve done it at home—for free. When she finally started painting them, it was rushed and sloppy. The shellac didn’t dry properly, there were bubbles everywhere, and they chipped the same day. I went back to complain, but they argued with me and clearly didn’t care. I had sore nails for days following the appointment. It’s been months now, and honestly, I’m still too traumatised to step foot in another salon. Absolutely avoid this place.

asaka rowe Paid extra for French nails. This is 2 weeks after getting them done. ( Usually shellac last 5 weeks for me) Started chilling away the next day and went back but I was pushed away very rudely saying they are too busy... Never ever going back again. Very poor service & rude people.

Natalie Seok I have been to this nail salon several times before, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning after my recent visit. The person who did my pedicure cut my nails way too short, and they now look ridiculous. The person who did my SNS nails was even worse—the corners weren’t cut properly, nail polish was left on my skin, and the final result looks uneven and messy. On top of that, they charged an extra $5 just because I chose two different colors, which I found unreasonable. The experience was disappointing from the start. The shop didn’t open at the advertised time, and I had to wait 20 minutes. There was no apology or greeting from the staff when they finally opened. The quality of service at this salon has deteriorated beyond acceptable standards. What used to be a decent experience has turned into a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Silvia Nicholson The first time I walked in I wasnt happy with results due to uneven lengths and shapes plus some previous polish left on the nail before refilling it. Still I decided to give it another go today as I saw it wasnt busy, big mistake! The girl was so rough after I pointed out the length was uneven and requested more acrylic at the tips of the nails. I ended up with a small and painful laceration in one of my fingers plus an overcharge. Im definitely not coming back. I should have seen the many bad reviews before, my bad!
