Jessica Fernandopulle Very rushed and poor manicure experience. Firstly, I was given nail soak with the previous customers nails and cuticle skin floating in the water. I had to ask to get it changed. The manicure massage lasted about 20 seconds and her gloves were soaking wet, then she used the towel she was using to clean the tools throughout the manicure to wipe down my hands at the end. Not pleasant at all.

Cheyanne Harrison Appalling. I went to get my acrylic nails removed and fresh shellac applied, and I couldn’t believe what happened. The nail tech started ripping my acrylics off using another acrylic nail—literally prying and tearing them off. It was so painful I was squirming in my seat, and even the girl next to me looked over in disgust. She told the tech to stop, warning that it would ruin my nails, but the tech didn’t seem to care. If I wanted to rip my own nails off, I could’ve done it at home—for free.
When she finally started painting them, it was rushed and sloppy. The shellac didn’t dry properly, there were bubbles everywhere, and they chipped the same day. I went back to complain, but they argued with me and clearly didn’t care. I had sore nails for days following the appointment. It’s been months now, and honestly, I’m still too traumatised to step foot in another salon. Absolutely avoid this place.

asaka rowe Paid extra for French nails. This is 2 weeks after getting them done. ( Usually shellac last 5 weeks for me) Started chilling away the next day and went back but I was pushed away very rudely saying they are too busy... Never ever going back again. Very poor service & rude people.

Natalie Seok I have been to this nail salon several times before, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning after my recent visit.
The person who did my pedicure cut my nails way too short, and they now look ridiculous. The person who did my SNS nails was even worse—the corners weren’t cut properly, nail polish was left on my skin, and the final result looks uneven and messy. On top of that, they charged an extra $5 just because I chose two different colors, which I found unreasonable.
The experience was disappointing from the start. The shop didn’t open at the advertised time, and I had to wait 20 minutes. There was no apology or greeting from the staff when they finally opened.
The quality of service at this salon has deteriorated beyond acceptable standards. What used to be a decent experience has turned into a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Silvia Nicholson The first time I walked in I wasnt happy with results due to uneven lengths and shapes plus some previous polish left on the nail before refilling it.
Still I decided to give it another go today as I saw it wasnt busy, big mistake! The girl was so rough after I pointed out the length was uneven and requested more acrylic at the tips of the nails.
I ended up with a small and painful laceration in one of my fingers plus an overcharge.
Im definitely not coming back. I should have seen the many bad reviews before, my bad!
