Mitchell Bacich-Wall I was referred to the Beauty Lane Co from a close friend for Skin Needling, and at first I was nervous and I didnt know what to expect, but Liana has such a great energy and is very welcoming. I felt instantly at ease when I was in her salon. She has so much knowledge about her craft, I felt instantly relaxed knowing I was in good hands. I was expecting the service to be painful but Liana is so gentle and made sure to check in on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. Ive heard horror stories of people getting skin needling and looking like a bright red tomato for days, but after a good nights sleep, my skin looked completely normal. I’m updating my review to share important advice for anyone considering keratin treatments. I’ve tried every type of keratin including Brazilian, nano, silk infusion, Kérastase, you name it, I’ve tried it, at various salons all over and at all price points from $100 to $400+. Every experience, regardless of cost, left me disappointed. That’s why I keep coming back to RB Hair. They offer the best keratin treatments at the most reasonable prices, and the results last the longest. I can also wash my hair straight away which is important to me. Ratty, limp hair for 3 days doesn’t do it for me or work within my busy corporate lifestyle

A friend referred me to this salon, and I’m so grateful they did. The salon is now under new management, and the improvements are noticeable right away. Hannah, the new owner, who previously ran a successful salon in Hornsby. She decided to move closer to home, and Mortdale is lucky to have her! Hannah was incredibly careful and attentive, making thoughtful recommendations to ensure I looked e xtra special for my birthday. The atmosphere at the salon is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and professional. My lashes and nails turned out beautifully. Kayla Jane Went to get one nail fixed and specifically asked for a clear tip (twice, upon arriving and as the tips were pulled out) only to end up with one natural tip amoungst a clear set… dissatisfied with my usual nail place for the first time :(

Renee Although staff was nice I went for eyelash Infils - it’s my fault for not asking price upfront - I laid down for 45 mins for these Infils to be charges almost $100 for Infils at the end . I pay that for a full set, not only was I shocked and felt robbed for even going here, but not even a week and my eyelashes are patchy and they’ve all fallen out constantly for $85 that’s absolutely ridiculous and robbing customers. If they lasted 2-3 weeks I might be able to justify this amount being charged. Unfortunately, this is not the experience I’d wished for. Due to this I won’t return again even in an emergency. Very disappointed.
