Dragon Heart Sherpa Blues Point Reserve is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone in Sydney! I walked nearly 3 kilometers from St. Leonard’s on a wet, windy, and drizzling day, and despite the weather, the experience was unforgettable. The panoramic view from the reserve is nothing short of breathtaking. You get a stunning perspective of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the iconic Opera House, Luna Park, and the towering skyline of Barangaroo—all in one frame! Even in the rain, the beauty of this spot shines through, and I can only imagine how magical it must look on a clear day. It’s a serene escape from the city, perfect for photographers, nature lovers, or anyone who wants to soak in Sydney’s iconic landmarks. Blues Point Reserve is definitely worth the walk, rain or shine!

Parking can be a little tricky here but youll find something along the side streets. Water bubbler is also available. Came here with my daughter who is in the Australian Girls Choir for Channel 7 Sunrise live.

Ravi Parmar Visiting the ISKCON Sydney Temple is a peaceful and enriching experience. The deities of Sri Sri Radha Gopinatha are stunningly adorned. The warm hospitality of the devotees adds to the experience, and the prasadam served is both delicious and soul-nourishing. The temple also has a gift shop offering spiritual books and devotional items. Whether you seek peace or cultural insight, this temple is a must-visit for its devotion-filled atmosphere.

Isha Sharma Our familys regular spot for spending some time outdoors around home. People visiting here can be seen exercising, walking, playing with their pet and even fishing. Theres a playground here that kids can enjoy. Newly built North Sydney ferry wharf is just right in front of Kesterton park.

Brenden Wood Kesterton Park is a harbourside park that has vertical sandstone cliffs. This park has harbour views. The ferry wharf that services the lower north shore and city departs from here. Theres a fully-fenced childrens playground and a toilet located in this park. Theres limited on-street parking located nearby. A gate at the northern end of the park leads into the Sub Base Platypus.

santosh neupane A good place to view the Sydney new year fireworks. Could have been better without surrounding construction of roadways.

Angela Agius Right in the middle of the great big city there’s a place all green and pretty. St Leonard’s Park offers open, green spaces, a fresh breeze, a place to meet, play and relax. On the corner of Falcon and Miller Streets you will find a big park with soft lawns, plenty of shade trees and pathways. The newly refreshed Tunks Way path running from Ridge Street down to Falcon Street is the best part. A smooth, wide path with plenty of seating and beautiful trees. You can meet children on scooters, elderly people, little doggies and school children playing sport. A lovely place for a week day relax. Fresh air and a touch of nature. You can always hear birdsong.
5 /5
sam attari Great park for playing some football with the boys. Lots of cool land marks around it as well. Though unfortunately, I wont be giving it 5 stars as it used to be a great spot for viewing the yearly fireworks until a large construction wall was put up blocking the view.

Andreas Ludwig So happy to live next door. Looking forward to the upgraded amenities and easier access. But even now a lovely place next to the water with nice spaces to walk our dog and just enjoy your time in tranquility. Also a nice place to spot birds - just beware of the seagulls, as they can be vicious.

Dov Frazer I especially enjoyed the historical panels as I learned a lot about the submarine story of Sydney. Most of the building is a pay parking lot but it is nicely done and the views to the harbour are nice
