1000 Steps Kokoda Track Memorial walk - NSW

Imran Afzal I visited this managed trail recently. It has two routes: one is a two-way path, and the other is a single-way uphill route. There is a rest area every 100 meters, which is very convenient. The double-sided path is not as beautiful, but the scenery on the single-way route is amazing — especially the water streams and the stone steps. You cannot return using the stairs route because it is one-way only. If you continue further up, there is also a camping point. Overall, you can complete the entire trail in about 2 hours. A great experience!

Caroline King My son was seen by Kevin for an injury to his hand. Kevin was great with a caring and professional manner. His after care was also excellent, providing me with follow up videos to show how to tape the injury for sport. I would highly recommend him.

Enterprise Fitness - NSW

Kate Weston Ive been training at Enterprise Fitness for about a year now, and its honestly changed my life. I went from feeling sluggish and lethargic to the strongest Ive ever been. Hugh is an absolutely stellar coach. His professionalism, dedication and knowledge are clear, and he always encourages me to go further than I would or could on my own. He has a great sense of humour that puts me at ease and our sessions are full of laughs. Hes also very good at tailoring a program to where Im at physically, even if it means adapting on the fly. Hughs always happy to explain the reasoning behind his methods, and is excellent at developing long term strategies to get me closer to my fitness goals. Im stoked at the progress Ive made with him. What stands out most about Hugh is that he is genuinely kind and goes out of his way to help his clients. I feel like he celebrates my personal wins in life just as much as my personal bests. Thanks to the whole team at Enterprise for creating such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Trace Caraffa I signed up with Emma to participate in her I Am Strong program in November. I cannot recommend Emma enough. Her knowledge is amazing across nutrition & exercise. I signed up for nutrition guidance as already have a consistent exercise plan/gym membership. She is very supportive and there for you at every step. The weekly check-ins & Emma’s feedback videos are both invaluable (the videos were a weekly highlight).
