Unfortunately, I didnt catch his name, but he helped my mum cancel her missing sim card and replaced it with a new one without any hassles. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my mum, who can sometimes struggle with technology. He made the process so easy for her and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.
