I’ve been a loyal client of Franco for years and have always done my tax returns with him — except for last year, when Cecilia herself told me Franco was too busy and couldn’t fit me in. I had no choice but to go with another accountant temporarily.
Now, when I tried to book an appointment this year, Cecilia told me I’m “no longer considered a client” because I didn’t use Franco last year. This is completely unfair, especially considering it was due to their unavailability, not my decision to leave.
On top of that, I’ve recommended Franco to four friends in the past, who all ended up doing their tax returns with him. I’ve helped grow their business, and this is how I’m treated?
Being dismissed like that after years of loyalty is unacceptable. It’s disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere — not because I wanted to, but because I was left with no other choice.
