1 /5 Candice Mezzasalma: Jewelry of very poor quality, my bracelet broke after 1 month without any sudden action. Customer service asked me to send it back at my expense, and I had to wait almost 2 months before they sent me a new one, also at my expense. The second one also broke after 1 month. Very disappointed with quality and customer service

1 /5 Celia Mortimer: I bought a few pieces from your kiosk in Macquarie Shopping Center which I loved. Everytime I went there, I was provided with a beautiful customer service by a younger lady who always had a smile on her face. But recently, I went back again precisely this Wednesday the 9/07/25 afternoon. Unfortunately, I didnt have a good experience. To begin, I was left standing there trying to call the sales persons attention for at least 5 minutes or so, she was texting on her mobile phone and didnt pay any attention to me at all (Im pretty sure she saw me there standing). When she decided to attended to me, she was very rude, arrogant and dismissive. I was interested in buying again from your store, but because of her bad attitude I decided not to.
