Then I discovered PWR Gym and Nathan, and I’ve been training with him and his amazing team for the last few months. Not only do I feel so much better, but I also feel fitter, stronger, and more active overall. Nathan’s training style is outstanding. Its detailed, thoughtful, and tailored to my needs. I really appreciate the attention he gives, not just in creating effective gym programs but also in designing meal plans that complement the training. His experience, care, and dedication truly set him apart, and he’s a great person to work with. Jane Brooke 1st time taking my Grandbaby (14 months old) swimming on my own. I was nervous. It was fantastic, staff are so helpful and friendly. The pools are spacious and very baby/ child friendly and clean. Great spacious changing rooms. Cant wait to go again!
