Lauri B 8/5/2025: It has been awhile since I visited this store. They redid the area and now it is much brighter. I like it! Today I went in to have more charms added to my bracelet. I was immediately greeted and assisted with my selections. My order had to be sent out since one charm was being engraved and another was charm that was out of stock in the store needed to come from somewhere else and then be added to the bracelet. Jaky was very helpful. She explained everything in detail and took her time with me. I appreciated her professionalism and expert assistance. I felt like I was leaving my jewelry in good hands. I hope Jakys manager sees this review. I was extremely impressed with her level of service. Great hire, JA! The store was clean and I only had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. This store is conveniently located right outside of Macys.

Kelly Godfrey Amys jewellery designs are from the heart and crafted with love. She made a beautiful custom little Wren silver necklace to be a Christening present to my God-daughter and it was stunning. Amy is so lovely, great to deal with and her work is of the highest quality. Highly recommend!
