Tony Antonios Alexandra from the Salary Packaging team was awesome to deal with as was Priyasha for Novated Leasing. The app however is a little slow and clunky, and it would be great if there were more options to self-serve through it. The fuel card on novated leasing is not great though - I previously had one that allowed usage at any service station and no need to constantly put in Odometer readings each time.
