1 /5 s ss: Zero customer service! When a watch band is already purchased and the customer walks in and asks if they can replace the broken band with the new one, what kind of store refuses to do so if the band or the watch is not purchased from them. I was willing to pay for the service, of course, but I guess these ladies are too busy doing nothing but stand around. I suppose bad customer service is company policy.

1 /5 Errol Madder: If I could give a zero I would. Both times I have been into the shop. The staff have been incredibly rude. Unfortunately for them, I bought a $2300 watch from Michael Hill instead. TODAY! Much friendlier staff, that makes all the difference. The lady there today was very very rude. Avoid this shop !!

1 /5 Ally Camilleri: The Rudest stuck up people I have ever dealt with. All I wanted was my necklace to be soldered back together and the lady that served me Was so rude! After waiting 15 minutes I approached her with my receipt and broken necklace asking to see what we can do to get it fixed and all she said was your not covered to get that fixed and it will cost money to get that fixed and necklaces don’t break unless they are pulled. I responded with yes I know just get it done I’ll pay for It, I’m not asking for my money back. Never again, if you think your jewellery is that good you can keep it. Disgusting human behaviour especially from a grown woman.

1 /5 Kairos Jones: Came back the second time after few years thinking things would have changed for the better but I was wrong. Staff arent not motivated and doing bare minimum. Only wanted to get your money dont care if you are happy with the product or service. No pride at all. Like other said if it wasnt because of the convenient location theres no chance I was going and now definitely telling people to stay away. If I had the option to give zero star I would like they give me zero care.

1 /5 s s: This is the worst and rudest customer service we’ve ever experienced. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. The lady there on 7th September 2022 in the morning was terrible and very judgy!!! Looking at us as if we were there to steal. Angus and Coote, you are losing a lot of customers by keeping that staff member on there.
