Chalani Maithripala Carissa is the best broker agent I have ever worked with, and I highly recommend her to everyone. From the beginning, she has been amazing. Her thoroughness and wonderful demeanor make her a pleasure to work with. Whether or not you have a finance background, she clearly explains the process and provides fund tables (my favourite) explaining the purchase price and loan amounts and details, leaving no doubts in your mind. She is always available and responds promptly, regardless of the time. Although acquiring property can be daunting, with Carissa, I didnt have to worry about the finance side, as she handled it with exceptional accuracy and care.
