5 /5 Robert Davison: Both Anne and Rosa are very personable and I felt as though I was communicating with friends via phone or email. Similarly, the emails I received, regardless of the subjects / issues / requests etc were clearly outlined (i.e. casual language) so that those without a good grasp of legal matters (e.g. myself) could easily understand the content. Everything just fell into place naturally. Though I live in Newcastle, I will always keep them in mind should the need arise to consult and engage a solicitor in the future.
