Jessica Prowse We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday party at Moving Bodies, and it was absolutely amazing! All the kids had a blast on the ninja course, it was such a fun and active experience. The two coaches were fantastic: engaging, enthusiastic, and great with the kids. A big thank you to the entire Moving Bodies team for being so warm and welcoming. They made the entire planning process incredibly easy, and the day itself ran smoothly and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better party. Highly recommend!

Plus Fitness 24/7 Thornleigh - NSW

Nigel Calmiano PLUS Fitness (Thornleigh) is a cool place to work out! Chris is a very helpful person to talk to. The Gym is clean, well maintained and has modern equipment. Within the Gym, the boxing lessons run by Rae(GRIT HOUSE FITNESS)) are fantastic. Rae goes to great lengths to tailor your boxing lessons to your level of fitness. For me in particular with all my aches and pains, Rae gives a lot of importance to my warm up and warm downs to keep me injury free. I would encourage anyone who wants to try boxing, that they contact Rae Nigel
