Laura Stevenson Beautiful, elegant, and spotless studio with a welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are friendly, attentive, and cater to all levels, while still making every class feel challenging in the best way. :) The music is always on point, creating great energy throughout the session. I’ve been loving adding a few classes each week into my routine to complement my gym training, and I’m already feeling the benefits two weeks in. Highly recommend!

Hi Pilates Ermington - NSW

Josie I have been coming to Hi Pilates for a year and a half now, and have had nothing but the best experience. Classes are not daunting/intimidating at all for beginners, but also provide adequate progressions for when you get stronger and more advanced - no matter what level you are at, you will feel challenged and well accomplished after the class. I started out with very little experience, and now have noticed tremendous improvements in my strength and ability with consistent classes. The environment is extremely welcoming - with friendly, warm and well-educated instructors, as well as a kind community environment of members. All of the instructors are wonderful - I thoroughly enjoy coming to all of their classes - thank you to Tiana, Jemma, Mavis, Rosie and Jayde for all of your support and encouragement. A beautiful place with a beautiful team, with consistency you will definitely see results here! :)
