The studio itself is beautiful, but it’s the atmosphere and the people that make it feel like coming home after being away for a while. Everyone greets you with a smile, and you instantly feel welcomed and supported. The classes are fantastic – challenging in the best possible way and guided by incredibly supportive teachers who really know what they’re doing. No matter how stressful or exhausting your day has been, you walk out of a class feeling strong, grounded and absolutely unstoppable. I especially love the reformer sessions, as well as the Assets and Burn the Barre classes – honestly the best I’ve ever taken. They push you just the right amount, and the feeling afterwards is irreplaceable. If you’re thinking about booking a class at Bodylove: do it. You won’t regret it!

C Gordon I started a training block with Evolve Human Performance in the lead up to Sydney marathon and have been very happy with the running coaching and ongoing support from both Riley and Luke. Riley is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and adaptable. He took the time to understand my goals, answer any questions and constantly adjust the training plan to fit my needs. Thanks to his guidance, Ive seen significant improvements in my running technique, and Ive even hit pb’s in both the half and full marathon distances. The personalised program and track sessions are well-structured and take a holistic approach to training which has been pivotal in keeping me motivated and enabling me to continue to progress in my performance even when any obstacles would arise throughout the training block. I highly recommend Evolve Human Performance to anyone looking to take their running to the next level.
