1 /5 sheryl gore: Been trying for 9 days to activate new card online no success, tried calling 4 times 30 minute wait time - called into branch and told my card suspended as showing overseas transaction which I did do - staff said they would contact security and get suspension lifted then phone me. No call tried again 7.30pm still waiting on someone to pickup after 28 minutes - no service have not been able to use my card all this time nor access my account. Shocking service and will be closing ALL of my accounts.

I had a very good response from a man in a navy suit with glasses and a woman who worked in Japan. Oh yes, its very wonderful that banker speaks to the customers as soon as they enter. Manly is also a peaceful place with a beach nearby too

1 /5 Blake Utomo: isn’t the point of banking with the big 4 that you can interact with a human? the machine wouldn’t accept my $50 note and I was smugly advised to use another machine as they don’t have any tellers.
