5 /5 Harrison Carr: Cant recommend Heather highly enough! After dealing with a less than ideal mortgage broker, I went to ANZ Mortdale to try and resolve my home loan application. Heather took the time to explain the process to me clearly and went through over 100 pages of documents with me. She was friendly, caring, and I felt like she genuinely cared about my banking experience.

2 /5 Review Time: I generally dont write reviews, but Im so frustrated right now! Stood and queued up for 45 minutes just to be told they cant help me today because I dont have a booking. Fair enough, but why not tell me that when I first arrived and was greeted! To add injury to insult the person in front of me who did have a booking was seen 20 minutes after her assigned time because they saw someone else in front of her who didnt have a booking! So frustrating when businesses cant be consistent with their processes! Was told they are understaffed, which can excuse the long wait times but not the inconsistencies in process. The staff were otherwise very professional and seemed friendly. Just so frustrated with the wasted time.

Today I spoke with Heather and Vincent but the other day I spoke with Eleanor, all of the team are so lovely. They helped me set up my accounts and talked to me about how I can make my banking easier. Helen took me through the ANZ + and was so informative. The team are all really friendly- if I could give more stars I would. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
