But the service we received from Mrs Sushma Dhoopad at the ANZ St Ives branch yesterday was truly exceptional and it is way beyond what we expected. She was not simply helping us with what we sought, but took time to patiently explain to us other options that are way more beneficial and suitable to our needs. We wish to thank Sushma for the help. As a bonus, all this was done in a pleasant and efficient manner. ANZ will benefit by staff such as Sushma.

5 /5 Anne Smith: Sushma at the St Ives ANZ was very helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and patient in helping my husband and I with our accounts today. it is so important to be able to speak to a staff member face to face when dealing with procedures which would otherwise be extremely difficult online. I have always found the St Ives staff to be helpful.

5 /5 Janette C: Sushma, at the St Ives ANZ hub helped my elderly mother and I in finalising a number of banking matters last week. She was very patient and knowledgeable in assisting us to finalise these matters and also took the time to explain alternative options including the new ANZ Plus product to improve returns.. Thank you Sushma and to all the staff at the branch hub as I noticed whilst there that they are all very considerate and helpful. Very rare to see such great customer service.

5 /5 Nick Bramwell: Today at ANZ St Ives I was helped both by the senior staff member at reception and by Sushma who was so very efficient and thorough. There were complex matters to address and Sushma was willing to seek the best result for my elderly mother’s situation. Her manner was warm and respectful and she listened to my requests and questions and responded very clearly. This took the stress out of my day considerably !
