K41 Docklands Personal Training Studio is a small but really welcoming space. Bryan, the sole coach here makes tailored programs for everyone and creates an encouraging atmosphere. There are both individual and group sessions, plus the occasional fun challenge. I’ve only trained here for a month but I can already tell this is going to be a life-changing experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to train in the area!
