Olivia was fantastic and made the process of being approved for our new home loan as easy as possible. Consequently, when we decided 2 months ago to refinance our home loan, we went straight to see Olivia. And again, Olivia was fantastic. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She found a Home Loan option with a much better interest rate than what we had with Macquarie Bank and we are now starting our bathroom renovations. I could not be happier with Olivias work ethic and willingness to help during the whole process.

5 /5 Kat Mobile: I had gone to a loan provider directly, applied, received a pre-approved amount and then put an offer in on a property. But, as the loan process continued, they dropped my approved amount by about half. Not knowing what to do, I got in the car and drove to the local Aussie in a state of panic. This is when I met Olivia who dropped everything to help me. She took less than a day to get me approval with a big bank so I could stop worrying. She then worked on other options in the following days to give me choice. She saved me, eliminated the stress, and has been a joy to work with. I have now used her 3 times for original loans and re-financing. She is patient, thorough, goes the extra mile and knows her stuff. Best broker I’ve used and I will continue to use her.
