1 /5 Jake Grayson: The Auspost franchisees at Asquith neverrrrr smile. It’s a transaction for them, go in and do your business, then leave. They’re not warm or community minded at all- which is a pity because it’s what you want in your local post office. And don’t ask any questions, they’ll look at you as if you’re dumb and only see you as an inconvenience. I’m going to try to set my parcel pick ups to Hornsby, to avoid having to see them.

1 /5 Jordan J: The older woman is so rude. Never smiles. Complained that my parcel was there for a week.. yet they don’t accommodate for full-time workers. Spoke down to me in an almost infantilising voice and would speak over me when I tried to ask a question. I’m pretty bubbly naturally so the constant hostility is uncalled for. I always vocalise my new address when I pick up parcels, which she told me I don’t have to do, yet when I didn’t, she caused a fuss. I said okay.. insinuating that she lead the conversation and offer my options, replied with “no, it’s not okay”. Had to show my lease which provided no extra information but that made the situation fine??? Sad that with all these reviews, this is the legacy she chooses to leave. Miserable lady. I dread picking up parcels here because of her.

1 /5 RedStrika: I walked 20 mins to Asquith post office to change some coins into notes and deposit money into my bank account, the staff immediatly rejected me saying "we dont do coins" and didnt let me deposit the notes into my account, very rude and barely spoke english!!!

1 /5 Parisa Safari: Very bad experiences several times. Never going back there. Not helpful and impatient staff. Making excuses for more document. Keep people waiting. Wrong information to provide document in detail. It happened for my daughter’s passport when I brought the same document to another post office, everything was right and I received her passport quickly. I don’t recommend it and prefer to go further to another post office with more professional & nice staff.

5 /5 Dot Au: I have got my daughters passport renewal done today at this post office, its pretty straightforward and the staff is very professional and helpful. They do scrutinize the passport photos, but never asked some silly questions such as " where do you get these photos from? " as long as the photo meets the requirements of Australian Passport Office. Very happy to do the business with them and highly recommend it to local community.
