5 /5 Helen Odonnell: I went to the post office last Friday to collect a parcel for my sister who had moved to the country. I had the most wonderful experience with a female staff member. She went above and beyond to assist me in redirecting the parcel. I had a lot of technical difficulties but she was very patient with me and I was so impressed with the way she handled the entire transaction. It was probably the best experience I have ever encountered at a post office and I hope Avalon gets to keep her.

5 /5 David Faulkner: I go to avalon post office regularly (about 3 times a week), I post parcels all over Australia and across the world and have been doing so since 2015. The staff at this branch have gone above and beyond in assisting me with my small business. If ever I have a question or a postage issue the staff do everything they can to assist me, they are always friendly and helpful. I’ve been to branches all over the place, but the staff at the Avalon Branch are by far my favourite.
