1 /5 An Lý: My partner is Caucasian and when we came to mail our things I decided to process my mail separate to him. The asian lady at the counter was very lovely and polite with him and when it was my turn her attitude tangibly and completely shifted to annoyance right off the bat, before we had even exchanged a single word. I was a little disappointed to see that the other reviews had proven accurate. It’s a shame as she really seemed wonderful assisting my partner just minutes prior to my interaction. Wishing her the best on her journey.

1 /5 JLW: **BIG AVOID**The Asian lady seems to think she’s working as an Australian passport officer. She rejected my passport application twice, each time for a different reason. She wouldn’t tell you all the outstanding issue at once. I end up submitting my application at Carlingford post office which has no issue at all.

4 /5 Raeeflea :]: i was kinda scared to go in initially after reading reviews about racism and discrimination but I was safe. I went in yesterday to send a parcel over internationally for a friend. It was my first time by the lady at the counter was extremely polite. Very quick service ✨✨

1 /5 Sharon M: I’ve been to this post office a few times and I only go there if I have to. I try to avoid this place as the lady behind the counter is so rude. I agree with other posters. There were two elderly Caucasian customers in front of me and she was so sweet and cheerful with them, even joking around with one of them. And then when it was time to serve me her attitude changed. She didn’t even smile at me when I smiled at her. The attitude was such a contrast to how she treated the two in front of me. I notice this every time I go there. She’s very cold to Asian looking people. I wish she would treat everyone the same.
