I queued up to submit my passport form today, but when I got to the line, they said that this line doesnt process and I had to queue up for another line. As a result, the other line included those who needed to take photos, collect forms, and submit forms. Everyone asked why there was no sign to remind them if they didnt process it? They were all told that this place couldnt process it. It was a waste of time. I simply didnt queue up and came back in the afternoon. I went in before closing time and was told that they couldnt accept the form because they were about to get off work and would stop processing after 4 pm. Did I hear it correctly? It should be written clearly that they would not accept customers after 4 pm and close the store. The customer in front of me also told her that she couldnt process another business. The attitude was extremely bad, saying that it would take 20 minutes to review the form... The previous owner was very good and was Indian. The management has never been as chaotic as it is now. I applied for a passport for my son last year. They looked at the form and it took less than 5 minutes to get it done and left. Today, I was told that it would take at least 20 minutes.
