5 /5 agnes angyalosi: Big shout out to all the beautiful ladies who work at Greenwich Post office. They always so kind and professional and offer the best solutions to their customers. The majority of their customers are elderly and they always so patient with them and look after them well. We as a family had to get our OZ passport done and I couldnt wish for a better service and made it our kinda stressful experience so effortless. Thank you for your patience and hard work ladies.

1 /5 Gabrielle Lee: Sadly have to agree with other reviewers - customer service is pretty lacking here. It’s the only post office I’ve ever been to where the staff can’t seal a box for you or help you stick a forwarding address written on paper onto a parcel. They say it’s because too many people ask for sticky tape but I personally think that’s just part of the service that most Australia posts provide…not asking for a whole roll to construct a box - just a small strip! Seems pretty ridiculous sadly, plus the way this information was delivered was quite dismissive. I would avoid and head to st Leonard’s PO who are much friendlier and helpful!
