2 /5 Fenn C: I went to do passport photos with two kids including 2. 5 month old infant, this was my 3rd attempts as we went yesterday the manager wasnt there. We came just after 4pm, a female officer who placed a dirty smelly white cloth on my arm to allow my baby to lean against my arm, I said this cloth is a bit smelly. She told me to hold baby in sitting position, I tried but the baby cant sit at all as she isnt strong enough to sit up. I was laughing as my baby kept wiggling and floppy. I suggested to her if I could put baby in lying down position with white cloth as the background, but she said no and she said she does her way all the time with success. After twice attpmts, she gave up and told me angrily" I told you we do this all the time, you dont listen! You go to Westfield post-office to get your babys photo done! ". I just think this poor officer seemed stressed but not fair to pass her anger to the customers.

1 /5 ZoZoE Zo: Awful service!! Do not ship your items here if you dont want to lose your item. Every single time we ship from this post office something is always lost. The worst time is that we found out our parcel has not been shipped after two weeks and the lady working here kept denying until she found out that the parcel is still sitting at the back. Come out with no apologise or anything!!
