1 /5 Hanieh Ghalaei: I went in there today to renew my son’s passport, waiting in the line , the lady behind the counter raising her voice , telling me that they can’t process my passport now, Im asking why? Her answer is that they are too busy for that process! Made me very upset as that’s the only time I had to do this ! I’m a customer as well as the others! Very disappointed! 0 customer Service!!

5 /5 Jyden Brummell: Terrey post office is for gentlemen, ladies and scholars of the highest order. Lovely couple that run the place are very personable and friendly. I remember when they hooked me up with my first passport. FANTASTIC SERVICE AND I LOVE THE UPGRADE IN VENUE

1 /5 Catherine Lewis: Very unimpressive service, the man weighed and priced up my two parcels, stuck postage onto them, I paid and he went to serve someone else before the woman (his wife?) came over - very rudely - and said he’d done it wrong and was rolling her eyes and saying it was actually double what he’d said. No apology for getting it totally wrong, no pleasantries from her at all. She was moody and rude. I also didn’t like that they both spent the whole time I was being served talking to someone else over my shoulder. I couldn’t wait any longer so got a passive aggressive ‘good luck’ from her as I was leaving. What has happened to customer service lately??

1 /5 Charlotte Dooley: A star for the the friendly and helpful male salesman/owner but overshadowed by the two female employees who have on two separate occaisions been both unnecessarily rude and unhelpful to either my husband or I when simply sending a straightforward return post. Work on your customer service ladies.
