The classes are brilliant, the gym has so many machines and great equipment and the pools are clean and welcoming! The staff are all lovely, helpful and friendly and Jackie explained to me the 3 hours free parking which is very important Would highly recommend Lockmeadow health club

Ashley I joined Énergie a couple of weeks ago, I’ve never really been to a gym before so I was quite nervous. However, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Even the other members have gone out of their way to help me or give me advice. I’ve been to a number of the classes and I have enjoyed them all. The equipment is good and is kept clean. The toilets and showers are also clean. Would definitely recommend this gym, especially if you’re nervous about joining the gym. This one is lovely.
