Dan Watts This is a solid gym with a good location, decent kit and friendly staff throughout. Particular shoutout to Corrie who is always upbeat with a smile and full of positivity and a good sense of humour. A little gutted as the gym is shut at the moment due to flooding. Hopefully this gets resolved soon as I enjoy working out here.

Joel Zessin Great facilities friendly staff downstairs seems to be more for cardio and upstairs is more for strength training, very clean and tidy and everything in the right spot and Alison was super nice and professional
