1 /5 M Chan: Staff member extremely rude. The teller does not have name tag on, no identidy at all, you cant even identify if he is actually working in this bank. Just raised voice for very ordinary question with minimal assistance to customer. Dont do banking here. Take your money some where.

2. Transaction description is unclear. The does not show who took the money out of your account all the time. perhaps 40% of time from big companies usually shows okay but not the rest.

His team are professional and friendly and were able to answer our questions quickly and accurately.
