1 /5 Ronnie U: Poor service when making a claim. Didnt get any help at all while making a claim and ended up getting no benefit from the insurance company. Doesnt communicate with clients when signing up as they should explain important point to clients. Took me two months to clarify how to terminate the insurance. And at the end ended up paying for the whole year for no insurance due to lack of their communication. Not recommended at all.
