5 /5 All Care Speech and Disability Services: Jesse and his team at Basement Health and Fitness are the pinnacle of a knowledgeable, welcoming and encouraging gym. With everyone from front of house to the trainers on the gym floor/pilates room taking the time to get to know each individual member of the gym, their goals and their struggles. With a range of classes designed for all capacities and strength levels, I have zero hesitation recommending the Basement.

5 /5 Samuel Ollerenshaw: As a plumber who plays footy, back pain was something I just lived with- until I started at Basement Reformer. I haven’t had a bad back since I started. It has helped me turn on all the little muscles that protect your back. The difference is unreal! The trainers are all fantastic, they are great at explaining stuff, and the gym is run really well. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger in general but especially if their body is failing them.
