marta novovic Today, marks 6 months since my lower back surgery. When started my Pilates classes, 2 months ago, I was stiff, weak and frightened. Thanks to amazing team from Premier Sports and Spinal clinics and Premier Pilates I feel stronger, more mobile and confident in my recovery. Both studios in Fitzroy North and Thornbury are really good with an excellent equipment. Instructors and physios have a very supportive approach to working with the clients. The small group classes mean that you get regular attention thats tailored specifically to your own needs. Venus, Studio manager is a amazing instructor, her classes are engaging and motivating; she knows the just right amount of challenges you need. Im looking forward to continue exercising with you guys!

Anthony A I had a great experience at The Gym Factory. There’s always plenty of space, the gym is clean, and the equipment is well looked after. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and the personal trainers are approachable and supportive. It’s a great place to train in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
