1 /5 G M: Was looking at a property that the agency mentioned theyve been managing for ~15 years. Said the property was in mint condition, no issues. Spent $1000 on building inspection and strata report and the property was deemed to be in "neglected" state. Shocking reports. Estimated over $250,000 of repairs to the premises required. The agents were personable, but clearly they attempted to mislead me and thats disappointing. Its been well over 5 months later and the property is still on the market with multiple iterations of inspections and price reductions $45,000+.
