Marco Nero I recently visited the Fuse Silver store at Castle Towers (NSW) several times this week (and twice today) to purchase gifts for other people. I spoke with several different staff who were all helpful and polite. I felt no pressure to buy and they were able to recommend suitable items for me on request. The service was excellent and the products were both well-made and, in some cases, unique one-off pieces. As a kiosk-style store, I was surprised at the range of Silver items they were selling - and if youre fond of Silver jewellery, this is certainly the place to visit. Each display cabinet has a theme based on the types of gemstones or type of jewellery contained within. - and there are literally hundreds of products to choose from. I have no hesitation in recommending Fuse Silver. Their products are quite well priced when you consider the metal content, any gemstones used and the work of the jewellers and artisans involved. I look forward to checking in again to see any new pieces that arrive in future.

Emma Allen If I could give JG Emporium more than five stars, I absolutely would! My partner took my old engagement ring into JG Emporium yesterday after i had accidentally warped it out of shape over the weekend. In less than 24 hours, they had reshaped it and polished it up to look brand new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results my ring looks absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend anyone looking for a jeweller to stop in here. The service and craftsmanship are outstanding!

Jo Had a slight issue with my engagement ring that I have had since August. Went in and spoke Taylah. Her professional approach in solving the problem was of one of the highest standards of customer service I have ever received. We had a slight hiccup with another store but as Taylah is such a super star she sorted everything out. Because of her service I bought my wedding ring also. The 5 stars are solely for Taylah, it’s a shame so of the other staff can’t take a leaf out of her book. So if you want high customer service ask for Taylah she will look after you.
